Is there a minimum contract term?

No. At APS Stays we don't work with contracts designed to lock owners in. We want the relationship to continue because the service works and you're satisfied with our management.

Even so, we recommend giving the property at least a year to show its potential. Activity can vary depending on the season, location and characteristics of each property, and a twelve-month period gives us a much more realistic view of its income potential.

We don't ask for a year of commitment; we recommend a year so you can really get to know your property's potential.
